[30.01.2010] The Waterfront Boat Company operates a fleet of vessels which include a Catamaran, the sailboat "Spirit of Victoria" and various motorised boats. I've had the pleasure of being aboard a few cruises of varying duration and at various times of day, including a trip to Robben Island and a number of their sunset cruises. [12.01.2008] The Tudor Hotel is conveniently located on Greenmarket Square, adjacent to the Park Inn, which happens to have an intimate and cosy bar. It is the oldest hotel in Cape Town and therefore has such oddities as a minute, cranky elevator and somewhat small rooms. The bathroom was small and somewhat claustrophobic, consisting only of a toilet, shower and art deco basin. [12.01.2008] The sightseeing bus tour offers two itineraries viz. the so-called Red Route and the Blue Route. Discounted tickets for persons taking both tours are available and, being reasonably priced at approximately 18 Euro for both itineraries, I consider this the most hassle free method of gaining a brief overview of the most popular tourist spots.
